Founder of GBS Commercial Cleaning, Steve Jelicic, brings new ideas and a professional attitude to the cleaning industry. Stephen wanted to establish a cleaning business based on quality assurance frameworks and service industry principles that he had learned as a sales and marketing manager. He believes that the success of a business is based on making promises that you can keep.
GBS Cleaning was established in late 2008 to undertake “builder final cleans” , but demand soon required us to also offer commercial office cleaning, as well.
GBS operates on a quality assurance model where set service agreements are monitored and reported on to the client. GBS use logbooks to make sure clients can track exactly what tasks are completed and to provide easy feedback on standards. Communication with clients on a regular basis is a fundamental principle of GBS service.
Stephen prides himself on maintaining high customer retention rates, a result from his attention to detail and ongoing communication with all clients.
